You talk about how coaching can be “free”… How do you back this up?

We guarantee that the benefits of increased time, money, freedom, and trusted employees you will see by using our strategies and systems will far outweigh what you invest in our coaching services or we will fire ourselves!

How much does this cost?

We can fit just about any budget because we offer service packages that best balance your needs and goals. We offer one-on-one vs. group coaching, online vs. in-person and tailor the frequency to your availability and budget. You’ll be hiring a consultant in sales, marketing, finance, HR, and executive leadership at a fraction of the cost of a permanent team. Each step you pursue with Insight Business Coaching will be an investment in your current AND future business ventures.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Some marketing strategies may require spending money in order to make money, but those decisions are entirely up to you. We offer a wide range of services to assist you. The more you do yourself (i.e., documenting your operating procedures or drafting client communications), the less you will spend with us. Our role is to identify areas for improvement, provide expert opinions, and teach you our proven systems for measuring and tracking the success of those new strategies. And if you need additional help along the way, we’re here for you when and if you want it.

What will I learn from Coaching?

Coaching is not just advice. We employ a team of developers to help assess your strengths and weaknesses and tailor a path that fits your needs and goals. We also provide educational and team documents, surveys, templates, and skills training. We may recommend books/audiobooks/articles that will teach you the basics with the objective of spending all our coaching time focused on expert-level consultative and implementation work.

Will I have homework?

Of course! Homework is part of an entrepreneur’s life. But, we will guide you to the most efficient, most proven, and smartest work that will benefit you and your business. We’re here to round out your strengths and arm you with new tools to strengthen your business.

How long does this take?

We recommend at least 12 months. The best value and improvements are going to result from consistent mentoring. We know you’re frequently bombarded with quick fixes that are too good to be true and that’s not who we are. We believe that the only way to ensure long-term success is to equip you thoroughly enough that you can coach your own team. We work alongside you tweaking and fortifying your approach to each area of the business. After you are confident in your new ways of working, we’re available on an as-needed basis.

I’m already busy. How will I squeeze this into my schedule?

We’ll be training you and your business team in smarter ways of working. The first few weeks or months will be the hardest, but you’ll find yourself working differently - not harder or longer. And what’s more, we’ll help you focus on your goals – those aspects of improving your business that you just can’t seem to get to… It’s lonely AND busy at the top, and we’ll gently hold you accountable so that you work ON your business, not solely IN your business.
